Plant HR Manager

Master Degree in Law, Economics or Humanities.

The activities:

  • Manage human resources policies in a plant environment;
  • Manage industrial relations on perimeter sites;
  • Manage training, compensation, and all the other activities needed to carry out human resources objectives and programs;
  • Establish, guarantee and maintains a positive employee relations environment through adherence to MA Group’s Values and behaviour;
  • Hold an active role in negotiations with internal unions representatives;
  • Manage local recruiting processes in accordance with company procedures;
  • Manage coordination among HR office and other departments in order to support people management processes and guarantee the application of contractual rules and legal aspects;
  • Manage the Communication processes and tools in accordance with company procedures;
  • Manage training process in application of local and company rules;
  • Manage the disciplinary processes and cooperate in defining the potential related legal aspects with third parties;
  • Supervise and manage the temporary workers hiring;
  • Forster the process of Cultural Change and Engagement of the employees through support to all functions in communication processes;
  • Monitor all HR KPI’s.

Work Experience – Required knowledges and skills

  • 3/5 years in Manufacturing HR environment;
  • Knowledge of Labor law, Quality requirements, basic EHS Matters, Lean Manufacturing;
  • Communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
