Organization, Management and Control Model and Code of Ethics

MA Group has an Organization, Management and Control Model to prevent and contrast crime, a prerequisite of administrative liability pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 231/2001. The Code of Ethics is a part of the Model. The two documents represent the guidelines for the Board of Directors. The task of supervising the operation, effectiveness and observance of the Organization, Management and Control Model, as well as of updating it, is entrusted to an independent supervisory body with autonomous initiative powers. The General Part of the model and the Code of Ethics set the principles and rules that the companies of the Magnaghi group identify as a prerequisite for developing and maintaining institutional, contractual or non-contractual relations with them. In particular, the General Part defines the principles and tools for the implementation of the model that each company adopts to prevent and contrast crime – a prerequisite of administrative liability pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 231/2001, as well as to ensure the correct management of the Company. The Code of Ethics, on the other hand, is the charter of principles to guide and regulate the organizational and individual behaviors to which all those who share the corporate mission, or who have a legitimate concern in pursuing it, must comply.
